Together Again For The Fifth Time
‘TITANS OF JKD’ Seminars 1, 2, 3 AND 4
In 2015, Sifu Cass Magda and Sifu Chris Kent conducted the first Titans of JKD seminar. In addition to intensive and comprehensive physical training, stories, connections, and conversations were remembered and imparted upon an eager group of participants.
The Titans of JKD experience not only inspired those who attended the events but also strengthened the resolve of Chris and Cass to strive to educate and empower JKD practitioners in every corner of the globe.
Upholding the original integrity and intent of Bruce Lee’s vision and trajectory for his art and working to help develop creative, free-thinking, liberated martial artists, Chris and Cass designed the Titans of JKD seminars to immerse participants in all aspects of Jeet Kune Do: technical, scientific and philosophical.

Chris Kent
About Chris Kent
Chris Kent began training in 1973 in Dan Inosanto’s legendary Backyard Jeet Kune Do group, making him one of the earliest direct links to Bruce Lee’s evolving art.
For over five decades, he has immersed himself in Jeet Kune Do’s science, philosophy, and fighting method, earning a reputation as one of the world’s foremost JKD authorities. Through close relationships with Bruce Lee’s family, assistants, and inner circle, Kent holds a rare position as both historian and practitioner.
Beyond lineage, his depth comes from study — combining technical research with education in exercise physiology, kinesiology, and human performance, giving him a perspective that bridges JKD’s roots with modern understanding.
A dynamic and respected teacher, Chris has influenced thousands worldwide. He has:
- Authored/co-authored four major JKD books
- Produced three industry-standard training DVD series
- Written for and appeared in top martial arts publications including Black Belt, Inside Kung Fu, Budo International, and more
Today, he continues to travel teaching seminars and workshops as one of Jeet Kune Do’s most respected global ambassadors.
